This is one of my grandmother’s favor holiday cakes. The family alway looked forward to tasting the sweet and sourness of this cake. I’m glad I got her to tell me her secret recipe before she pasted away. Now my family gets too enjoy this delightful dessert. I have to admit, though it’s pretty good, it’s still not Bigma’s lemon Lulu cake. I don’t know why they call it Lulu cake. Maybe it’s named after the original inventor.
