How Do You Make A Lemon Glaze?
Ingredients: • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice • 1 ½ cup granulated sugar • 1 tbsp lemon zest Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized saucepan. Cook in medium heat until mixture is well incorporated. Test mixture by dipping a wooden spoon into it; when you pull out the spoon, a thin string of glaze should follow. If the texture is thicker than described, keep stirring until the glaze is thin. • Once ready, pour glaze over Gingerbread, Poppyseed muffins or just plain vanilla cupcakes. Recipe is enough for one loaf or 12 muffins/cupcakes.
