Create a large Santa out of clay pots this season. Jolly and weather-resistant, he will go wherever you want him, inside the house or out in your yard. Make him as large or as small as you want him to be. He is simple to make and also allows for creative touches to make him a treat for your Christmas company. Paint the large pot red with a foam brush to produce a cloth look; avoid brush marks. Let it dry. Paint a 2-inch white line around the middle of the large pot for Santa’s belt. Invert the large pot and glue the Styrofoam ball to the bottom (now the top). Start Santa’s face by gluing two buttons to the ball a little above the halfway point.
