How Do You Make A Lactose-Free Ice Cream Treat?

I love ice cream, but ice cream does not love me. It gives me the worse tummy ache ever. So I’ve come up with this wonderful alternative that tastes just like the real thing, it’s quick and easy to whip up, and with no regrets afterwards. This how-to is for all “ice cream lovers” who are lactose intolerant like me. Open the sachet of whip cream powder and pour it into a large mixing bowl or blender. Next, add the vanilla, cocoa, and Lactaid milk. Blend or mix on high speed for 2-3 minutes. Pour whipped mixture into a freezer-proof container with a resealable lid and freeze for at least an hour, or until frozen.
