How Do You Make A Keyframe In Final Cut Pro?
Keyframe is a universal term in video editing. In both Avid and Final Cut Pro editing systems, the editor adds keyframes in his timeline to adjust audio. You can add one keyframe to adjust an entire clip’s audio level or you can add multiple keyframes to adjust audio highs and lows to get voices or music in the standard range. In Final Cut Pro, however, you can also add keyframes to adjust your video’s opacity. Open your project and click on your sequence so that it opens in the timeline window. Insert your audio clip into the timeline. Click the line graph icon in the lower left hand corner of the timeline window to enable audio modification. Select the arrow next to the line graph icon to check that your audio waveform monitor has a check mark next to it. Grab your pen tool from your tool palette and click on the audio clip that you want to manipulate. Raise or lower the keyframe by holding down your left mouse button and moving it up or down.
