How Do You Make A KAMIKAZE Drink?
The Kamikaze drink itself is rumored to have originated in Japan during the American occupation at a bar on Yokosuka base near Tokyo.The kamikaze cocktail is drank by Tommy’s father in episode three, season two of Rescue Me. He has it made as a triple, with three times the regular amount of alcohol. So here it is how you can make it: For Straight up or shot – use a mixing glass with ice or an ice shaker. Mix 1oz of Vodka, 1oz of Triple Sec and 2oz of flavor mix or Schnapps for a Cherry, Peach, Blackberry, Raspberry, Strawberry, or Wildberry KamiKaze well to chill. Strain into a cocktail/martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy your Kamikaze or the “devine wind” as the Japanese people say about this drink.
