A homemade flashlight is a pretty simple item to make. Because all flashlights are based on a simple model, you can make one out of household items. All you will need is a light and electrical source. It won’t be the ideal flashlight, but it will be adequate for emergency situations. Remove the base from the tree light. You do this by gently pulling the plastic base away from the light bulb. The base will slip off with a little force. You can buy single decorative lights at any holiday or arts and crafts store.
