How Do You Make A Herbal Infused Tea?

0

Have your tea leaves or herbs all ready but just can’t seem to get the tea right? I’ll walk you through how to make an Infused Tea. Measure the correct amount of herbs as your recipe calls for (Most recipes call for 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried or a handful of fresh herbs per pint of water). IF you have a tea ball, spoon, infuser, or bag, put the herbs into it, if not, don’t worry, I’ve got you covered! 🙂 Put the water into the teapot or saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Now, this is important, wait for the water to stop bubbling! Now, if you have a tea ball, infuser, spoon, go ahead and put it in the water. If you don’t, just toss the herbs directly into the water! Cover and let the herbs seep for 5-20 minutes depending upon the strength. It’s best to follow the recipe directions. Remove the tea ball. If the herbs are loose, strain them out. Pour your herbal tea into a mug, sit back and enjoy!
