How Do You Make A Healthy Banana Split?
It’s hard to forget the excitement and joy of a banana split. Most adults, especially healthy people, know that banana splits are off limits, strictly kids’ food. It doesn’t have to be that way if you modify your expectations a tiny bit. Peel and slice the banana. Slice in half lengthwise or slice into little disks. The more ripe and soft the banana, the better. Put the banana into a banana split bowl. You may also add a few washed, hulled, and cut strawberries. Add a half cup of plain yogurt. I personally eat full fat dairy because of the methods to remove fat from dairy. Using lower fat products is your choice. Drizzle 1/4 teaspoon of honey over the yogurt and banana split. If you’re using stevia instead, you only need a few grains. Stir the mixture together. If the banana was very soft, feel free to mash the mixture together. Your banana split is done!
