This tube style hanging planter made from PVC pipe is a creative way to grow flowering plants, berry plants, lettuce, and herbs. If you have little garden space or are looking for unique ways to grow plants, this will make a great addition to container garden areas. To begin making your hanging planter tube, use a hack saw to cut a piece of PVC pipe that is 3 feet in length (90cm) and 4 inches in diameter (10cm). If you just purchased a new pipe, which may come in a 10 foot length, opt to cut 3 or 4 equal size pieces to make multiple containers.
