It requires a couple of hours, old clothing and shoes, typically packed away in just about every household. Make a Halloween dummy to delight the trick-or-treaters. Step 1 Gather old clothing for the Halloween dummy. This keeps the project expense to a minimum and the clothes may get ruined from exposure to the elements. Step 2 Start by stuffing the pants full of crumpled newspapers. Completely fill the pants, until they’re stiff. Zip and button the pants. Step 3 Create knees by bending the legs.
