Make a picture frame with a Gullah/Geechee flair. Remove backs of frames. Cut tie dyed material to approximate sizes of picture frames’ backs. Set aside material. Cut around picture as close to subject as possible. Place small strips of tape on back of picture(s). Center picture(s) on tie dyed material. Place in frame and secure back.
