These steps will guide you in making this colorful home accent. Completely cover the Styrofoam ring by winding the green streamer around it. Cut a petal pattern out of the heavy paper. Cut all of the green felt into 3-inch squares. Fold each square into quarters. Pin the pattern to the squares with the point to the folded corner; cut out. Remove the pattern.
