How Do You Make A Great Tasting Alcoholic Drink?
• Get a tall glass (approx. 1/2 pint) and fill it half with fresh orange juice. • Add about 1/8 of vodka to it (this is variable depending on how drunk you want to get but remember you need to keep space in the glass for later ingredients) • Add a large teaspoon of sweet honey and stir vigorously until the honey is almost completely dissolved (there will probably still be some stuck to the bottom of the glass, don’t worry about this) • Pour in approx. 1/8 of Drambuie (again this is variable but remember you need the space) • Carefully sprinkle a level teaspoon of sugar onto the top of the liquid and stir (make sure that the sugar doesn’t stick to the honey at the bottom) • Add about 1/16 of lemon juice (just enough to give it a bit of a kick) VERY CAREFULLY and SLOWLY add some blackcurrant cordial (or similar purple juice i.e Vimto, Ribena etc).
