This is my Mom’s recipe for Irish Soda Bread and boy is it great. With St. Patty’s Day upon us I would like to share this with all of you. 4 c flour 3/4 c sugar 2 ½ tsp bake powder 1 ½ tsp bake soda 1 tsp salt 1 c raisins then add: 1 ½ cups buttermilk 1 unbeaten eggs 2 tbsp melt butter mix all together: 350 pre heated oven. Place in greased cake pan.
