How Do You Make A Great Cosmopolitan?
Cosmopolitans, also known as cosmos, have been around for years. They’ve seen a recent resurgence in popularity due to their recurring role on shows such as “Sex and the City.” Make your own cosmo for a night at home, or to begin a night on the town! Take your martini glass and fill it with ice. Put it aside to let it cool down. Take the lid off of the cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Add 2 oz of lemon vodka, and 3/4 oz cointreau. Next, measure out 1 oz of lime juice, 2 oz of cranberry juice, and 3/4 oz of bar syrup. Put the lid on the cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously ten times. Pour the ice out of the martini glass, and strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the martini glass. Take a knife and cut a small notch into the lime wedge, putting the wedge on the glass as a garnish. Serve and enjoy!
