How Do You Make A Gorgeous Fruit Pizza?
A fruit pizza is a very creative way to serve food! It’s easy, and the results are over the top! You will get oohs and aahs from everyone. First of all, put together your favorite Sugar Cookie recipe. Or you can use a big roll of Sugar Cookie dough from the supermarket. Butter a medium pizza pan and spread the dough out on the pan just like a pizza crust. Bake per directions and don’t over cook. Cool the big cookie completely. Now, mix together the 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese and 1 cup of confectioner’s sugar in a mixing bowl. Use 1 Tbsp. milk if needed. You want this a thick consistency, but spread able. When completely mixed together, spread on top of the cooled big sugar cookie. Start 1/4″ inside the cookie edges and cover the top, 1/8″ to 1/4″ thick. Now, refrigerate for 15 minutes. Next, mix your small box of pudding mix with 1/4 cup less milk than it calls for. You want the pudding to be very thick. Use a mixer to get it very smooth.
