Well you want to work hard in grade 11 as grades from the classes you take this year will be a big determining factor in your application to University. So make sure to study hard. I think not wasting time with hours surfing the internet, texting and watching t.v. is important to maintain a good timetable. I’m assuming you go to class from around 9-3 so during school hours be devoted to your classes, keep good accurate notes, try to complete assignments at lunch or if you get free time in class. I’m sure you are in some extra-curriculars so fit them into the days of the week and consider them breaks. On a regular day when you get home take a break, go to the gym, go for a walk, go out for coffee with friends. Then in the evening study for two to three hours, review your notes, re-write your notes, study for the test you have next week.
