Making frozen soap bubbles is a fun activity for both adults and children. It is easy to do, and the frozen bubbles are fun to play with because they last longer than bubbles that have not been frozen. To make frozen bubbles you can purchase commercially sold bubble making juice or mix up your own. Choose a liquid dish washing detergent that is marketed for washing dishes by hand, if you want to make your own soap bubble juice. Dish soap sold for use in dishwashers typically has an anti foaming agent in it and does not work well for blowing bubbles. Mix the dish soap with water in a container or jar. Use 1 part dish soap to 15 parts water for the best bubble blowing juice. Place a plate into the sink and sprinkle or spray some of the bubble juice onto the plate. The juice on the plate makes the bubbles less likely to pop when they land on the plate. Use a bubble blowing wand or a drinking straw to blow bubbles. Dip one end of the wand or straw into the soap juice. Remove the wand and c
