This is a good, healthy drink for the winter season to warm you up. Step 1 Wash ginger thoroughly. Step 2 Peel it. You can use half of a whole of a ginger to boil 2 – 3 cups or use the whole thing for more cups of ginger tea. Step 3 You can cut the ginger into pieces (your choice.) Step 4 Boil until waters color turn to yellowish. Step 5 Allow it to cool off for a few minutes. Just warm enough for you and your family to drink. Step 6 Put a sweetener or a calamansi or add few drops of lime.
