How Do You Make A Foam Bulletin Board?
Need an easy project for kids? Want to make something unique and different? Making a foam bulletin board is easy, creative, and a personal, decorative touch for anyone! Decide how big you want your board then cut your poster board to size. Foam poster board not only gives a sturdy backing to your bulletin board, but it gives the thumbtacks something to stick into without going through to your wall. Foam poster boards can be found near the school supplies sections at Walmart, a craft store like AC Moore, or even a drug store (like a Walgreens, Rite Aid, or CVS). Take your foam sheets and start cutting them into smaller, individual shapes. You can make a pattern (cutting the sheets into squares and then alternating colors) or you could make the board into a mosaic. Glue the pieces onto the poster board.
