Create a delicious chocolate cake in five easy minutes. You can create a delicious chocolate cake in five minutes using basic ingredients, a large coffee mug and a microwave. Eat in the mug or place on a plate with some ice cream for a real treat to yourself. Add all the dry ingredients to the large coffee mug and mix them together. Add the egg into the large mug and blend the ingredients thoroughly. Add the chocolate chips along with the vanilla extract and mix thoroughly again. Put the mug in the microwave and cook for three minutes at 1000 watts. Do NOT cover the mug. The cake will rise over the top of the mug as it rises so please do not be alarmed. Allow the newly created chocolate cake to cool a little and place onto a plate if desired (see photo). This recipe makes up to two servings.
