How Do You Make A Firework Model?
The holiday most known for fireworks is the Fourth of July. Many people have parties and socialize with friends and family while setting off fireworks. Make firework models to sit out around the food or to use as place settings for your guests. They can be used as décor only or can be filled with treats. Build a firework model for a child’s science fair project or as an afternoon craft project to do with the kids. It is simple enough for a child to complete on his own, and does not use scissors. Take a red, blue or white sheet of construction paper. Fold the construction paper in half. Curve the paper so that the ends touch and create a cylinder. Glue or tape the ends together so the cylinder will stand up on its own. Make the cylinder as wide or as skinny as you would like. Draw or sketch on the cylinder. Leave the shape plain or dress it up with markers. Write the words “Boom” or “Happy 4th of July” around the paper. Add embellishments such as sequins or colored paper to the cylinder
