How Do You Make A Fire-Breathing Dragon?
Ever seen a fire-breathing dragon? Here’s your chance to create one of your own. The fire-breathing dragon is a prefect project for you and your kids. It’s a great party idea, but may take some time and patience to complete. Cut 2 dragon wings from the poster board (FIGA). Leave at least an 1″ flap to attach then to dragon. Spray paint the wings, the bottoms of all boxes and self-adhesive paper. Once dry cover the boxes with paper. Cut mouth from the closed end of the box by cutting 2 triangles from the sides. Make opening large enough to put the custard cup inside. Glue rickrack around mouth for teeth (FIGB). Glue eyes on orange pompoms then glue on top of head. Cut 2 teardrop-shaped nostrils and a forked tongue from red felt (FIGC). Glue nostrils above the mouth and the tongue in the open mouth so it hangs over the lower jaw.
