Paper bows can have so many possibilities when it comes to scrapbooking. You can use the bows to embellish layouts, cards and so much more. Paper and adhesive is all you need to craft a beautiful, versatile embellishment. Cut three strips of paper with your paper trimmer. You can make them whatever width you want, but 1″ to 2″ works well for most projects. Cut one of the paper stripes in half so it is exactly half the length of the other two strips. Typically for a scrapbook layout you want to cut your strips 12″ in length. Take the one of the long strips of paper and fold it so that each side slightly overlapped in the middle of the paper strip (this makes the “bow” portion of you faux bow) Now attach your bow to one of the long strips of paper.
