How Do You Make A Fabric Headboard?
A designer inspired look can be achieved without spending a lot of money, by creating an original upholstered fabric headboard design. Select a quality fabric that will compliment the drapes and bedding. Add a few accent pillows to draw attention to your new professional looking upholstered headboard. Step 1 Cut the plywood slightly wider than the width of the mattress, selecting a simple rectangle or curved top headboard design. Sand the edges smooth. Place paper under the plywood and create a template for the fabric, allowing twelve inches all around the headboard. Step 2 Put aside the template and cut the foam the exact size of the plywood.
