How Do You Make A DVD Movie?
With a computer and either an internal or external DVD burner, you can create your own digital movies that will be viewable on any standard DVD player. The latest release of the Apple iDVD software, part of the iLife ’08 software suite, makes it easy to create and burn DVDs of your home videos. With iDVD, you can select and design different DVD menus and even add bonus content to your movies. Step 1 Open the iDVD program by clicking on the icon in the Dock. Step 2 Click on the “Create a New Project” button in the application’s welcome window. Step 3 Enter a name for your DVD project, choose the desired aspect ratio, either standard or widescreen, and then click the “Create” button to start designing your DVD. Step 4 Select a base theme for your DVD menus by clicking on one of the options in the list on the right side of the application window.
