How Do You Make A Duck Call Lanyard?
A good duck call lanyard should be able to hold up to 3 duck calls, so that when calling you will have instant access to every one. Making duck call lanyards is a fun craft to do with a group before heading out on a hike, or you can make them as gifts for friends. Cut three pieces of colored twine to 36 inches long. They can be all the same color or different colors. Rubber cement the three ends together. This will be your top. Use a good size glob of rubber cement and allow it to set before moving on. Braid the twine all the way down until you have 3 inches left hanging from each length of twine. Make your braid fairly tight so that your lanyard will hang together. Cement the exact place where the three pieces of twine come apart. This will be at the bottom of the braid, and at the top of the remaining hanging lengths. Loop the braid around. Secure the ends with another glob of rubber cement. You should have a braided loop with three tails hanging down. Secure the loop with more twine
