Doll making is a fun hobby. Dream Dolls were popular in the early 70’s. Inspired by iconic fashion dolls such as Madame Alexander, Dream Dolls were made with porcelain or plastic bodies, heads, and hands that were attached to a dish detergent bottle filled with sand or pebbles to keep it from falling over. The larger dolls also used soda bottles filled with sand or pebbles. Several days before you wish to make your doll, thoroughly rinse and dry a 22 ounce dish liquid bottle.
