How Do You Make A Different Shape Soap Bubble?
A bubble with a shape other than round can be produced, but not in the conventional way. A bubble will be round despite the shape of the wand used because a sphere is the geometric shape that contains the air with as little surface area as possible. Make 2 equal sized squares with wire. Cut 4 wires to the same length and use them to connect the squares at the corners to form a cube. Make a square of wire, and then cut 4 pieces of wire the same length. Attach the wires to the corners of the square and connect the other ends together to form a pyramid shape. Pour the bubble solution in the cookie sheet, and dip the wire frames in them 1 side at a time, lifting them out of the solution slowly. The solution forms bubbles in the frames, giving you a square bubble and a triangle bubble.
