How Do You Make A Delicious Minestrone Soup?
As summer turns to fall and fall turns to winter people turn to hearty, hot comfort foods. Soup is a popular meal for winter time but my favorite by far is Minestrone. This is a classic vegetarian soup, but is so hearty and filling that meat eaters wont even notice that it doesn’t have meat. Step 1 Prepare all of your vegetables, slice carrots, peel and cube potatoes, snap ends off grean beans. Step 2 In a large pot heat olive oil. Add garlic, carrots, green beans, potatoes. Mix in tomatoe paste, kidney beans, water, vegetable broth and italian seasoning. Cook and stir on medium heat for 15 minutes. Step 3 Add macaroni and cook for 15 more minutes or until noodles and vegetables are tender. Enjoy!
