Simple, Easy & Delicious Dessert for your Wild Huckleberries Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit for ten to fifteen minutes. This recipe is quick and easy so dont worry, you will have it ready quickly. This will serve 15 to 20 people depending on the size of your slices. Mix the wild huckleberries and sliced apples in a medium sized bowl and then place the mixture into a 9×13 inch-baking dish spreading evenly in the baking dish. Pour the box of yellow cake mix over the fruit mixture spreading evenly. The cake mix should cover all the berry mixture. Melt the butter and pour it evenly over the cake mix. Place baking dish into the oven on the middle shelf and bake for appx. one hour. Remove from the oven when the crust is golden brown. Then let the dessert cool and serve.
