This fruit salad takes just a few minutes to prepare, doesn’t require exact measurements and uses a variety of fruit. It can be served at any meal and makes a great snack. The basic recipe requires 1 well drained 15 oz. can of pineapple chunks or tidbits, 2 sliced bananas, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and about 1/4 cup sour cream.
