You will overwhelm your family and friends with this great recipe! A great cake that will make your mouth moisten with delight! Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Allow butter to soften in a large mixing bowl. Once soften, blend in 3 cups of sugar. Add 1 egg at a time, blending each for 1 minute. Add vanilla extract. Blend in cream cheese, completely beating out lumps. Add sweetened condensed milk and coconut and blend. Add 1 1/2 cups of sifted flour to batter, blending completely, then add in remaining flour and blend until smooth. Add coconut and blend. Add batter to pre-greased bunt pan and smooth out batter evenly in the pan. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Check on cake at the 45 minute mark with a knife. If knife comes out clean, remove cake, if not bake cake for additional 10-15 minutes and recheck with knife until knife comes out clean.
