How Do You Make A Decision Tree?
We are faced with making decisions daily. Some decisions are fairly easy to make while others are quite difficult. To assist you in making difficult decisions, consider using a tool, such as a decision tree. Develop a table that consist of all the variables that you’ll weigh in making your decision. See the example figure consisting of an individual who is deciding on whether to get married. The variables listed are love, financial stability, common interests, personality and chemistry/attraction. Make a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being strongly agree and 1 being strongly disagrees and rate each variable and factor on your table. Determine what your outcome will be based on the rating of your variables and factors.
