How Do You Make A Damask Wedding Centerpiece?
Damask print is a classic black and white pattern that is easy to incorporate into your wedding decor. For couples seeking to add vintage style into their reception centerpieces, damask print is a great way to do so. Whether you are using floral vases or candleholders, you can easily make your own damask-themed reception table centerpieces using inexpensive craft supplies. Lay down a sheet of newspaper on a flat work surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the vase or candleholder to get rid of any dust or residue. Set the vase or candleholder down on the newspaper. Spray a light coat of glass frosting spray over the entire outer surface of the vase or candleholder. Be careful not to apply too much of the spray, as it will cause rippling on the glass surface. If you want a more opaque finish, spray another coat of frosting spray once the first coat has dried. Lay the damask stencil on top of the black peel-and-stick felt. Use the white colored pencil to trace the design onto the felt. C
