It has Vista Compatibility (at least with Home Premium). • Once You’ve gotten the program you can start making cursors. Open it up, and click Create New. • Click on New Static Cursor, and a window will come up. Don’t change any of the settings and just click ok. • In the new window you will see a Magnified area. That entire checkered box will be your cursor. now you can use the Line, circle, or pencil tool to draw up a cursor. This program will let you add a multitude of effects to your cursor, like animation, for which you have to select Animated cursor instead of Static Cursor.
