How Do You Make A Cream Cheese Pie Cake?
This easy to make cheese pie has been around in my family for ages. My Cousin taught me how to make it and I have past it around to family and friends. It is both easy and very delicious. There are different variations, but this is my favorite one. It will be a hit every time. I use a pineapple topping but any fruit topping will do. In a large bowl, mix until smooth first four ingredients. Carefully, fold in sour cream. Incorporate well into cheesecake. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Allow at least 1/2 inch from the edge for expansion. Place on center rack and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool about one hour and top with your favorite fruit topping or cool whip. In a heavy bottom sauce pan simmer until clear and thick pineapple, lemon juice, cornstarch. Spread over cooled cheesecake and enjoy.
