Luckily, with a few ingredients in your cosmetic bag, you can make your own cream blush in seconds flat. Step 1 Choose your favorite powdered blush. Use multiple colors of blush or eye shadow to create your own perfect blend. Step 2 Use a small blush brush to sweep the top of the makeup, dusting the powder into a small container with a tight-fitting lid. Add about 1 tsp. of powder or powder blends to the jar.
