• Place a cracker on a plate. • Halve the avocado, and use a knife to apply butter or margarine on to cracker. • Place enough grated cheese as to land in the centre of the cracker, not so much that it covers the entire surface. (Less is more.) • Apply some Stilton cheese to the top sparingly. Eat as-is, or microwave for 15-25 seconds, or until cheese has melted.
