The following steps will make a liner to fit the bread basket from “How to Make a Bread Basket.” Step 1 Cut the material double the size of the basket or 20 inches by 24 inches. Step 2 Stretch 1/8-inch-wide elastic around the top of the basket. Pull the elastic snugly so the liner will fit tightly to the basket. Step 3 Cut elastic and set aside. Step 4 Round the corners of the material. Do this by placing a glass at the corner touching both sides of the fabric piece, and cutting around the curve of the glass.
