Ice bowls are beautiful on a table, especially a holiday table. Using just water, citrus slices, edible flowers or wildflowers, and maybe some berries and food coloring, you can make a gorgeous and useful bowl or several bowls to impress your guests. Pour 1 inch of water into the largest bowl. You can tint the water a light shade of blue, yellow, green or orange. Any color will do so long as you keep it light enough to seen through. Try to compliment the colors of the fruits and flowers you’ve chosen. Put it in the freezer, making sure it is sitting completely flat, until it is completely frozen. It should be done in a few hours for a very large bowl. Take the first bowl out when the ice is frozen completely. Stand the second one in the exact center of the first bowl. Make sure it’s centered. Put tape around the bowls a couple of times in each direction to hold the inside bowl steady. Pour cool water between the two bowls. Let it fill up half way. Add citrus slices down the sides. You
