The second thing you will need to do is simply blend all the ingredients together on puree or low speed until the smoothie is all creamy with a light brownish color. The third thing you will need to do is pour the cinnamon apple smoothie into a glass and drink it up with a straw as a healthy filling breakfast smoothie, or as a simply healthy filling energizing snack to help you get through your day. Heck you can even have it as a meal at lunch time and it should fill you up. I know it does for me anyways!
