This project also will make a great conversation piece. Christmas centerpieces do not have to be expensive. Make this decoration after a quick trip to your local craft store. Measure the depth and width of the decorative bowl. Cut out a piece of floral foam to put inside the bowl. The floral foam will need to be almost even with the top of the bowl. Secure it in place with a hot glue gun. Cut the stems down on the poinsettias. They can be even with the bowl, or they can stick out 1 to 2 inches. Arrange the poinsettias in the floral foam.
