But here is a great homemade Christmas decoration that jazzes up a plain votive candle. Make an angel decoration out of a disposable roasting pan. It is very simple and easy to do, but is a creative and cute Christmas decoration for your home. Draw an angel on a piece of paper for a pattern for you to use. Make sure that you draw a base at the bottom of the angel so that it can stand up. For a simple angel, draw a rectangular base, a triangular skirt, heart-shaped wings, and a round head with a narrow strip for a halo. Cut out the angel from the piece of paper. Take the disposable aluminum roasting pan and cut out the bottom of the pan. Fold the bottom of the pan lengthwise. Take your paper pattern of the angel and fold it lengthwise as well.
