How Do You Make A Chore Chart For Kids?
Have you ever wanted to keep track of daily chores for your kids? This is a technique that I use. It is simple to make and will not take long to complete. Once you have developed the habit the chore chart is smoothly effective. *Prepare the poster board. First divide your poster board with lines horizontally, with four lines per child. Then draw lines on the poster board from top to bottom, one wide space per week day. Write names on the first of the four horizontal lines on the right side. *Filling in the days. First make a list of chores that need to be done every day. Like making their bed, putting away their toys or dishes. Each day has four spaces for daily jobs. You can start out with two daily chores to form the good habit. *Weekly jobs to be done. We all know, things happen and random jobs pop up. On Sunday nights after supper we talk about weekly jobs. Like raking the yard, pulling weeds, or helping to clean the garage. We list these jobs on the sticky pad pages one at a time
