You can’t make a chihuahua non allergic. You have to treat the person who has the allergies. There are shots available that help desensitise someone from allergies. Or hayfever tablets but they aren’t a permanent fix. Chinese cresteds, poodles and bichons are low allergy dogs but even those breeds some people can still be allergic to.
