Check these off once you have successfully reserved your location. Add the auction necessities to your checklist. This should include tables, chairs, a treasurer, an auctioneer (if desired) and other volunteers to help staff the auction. Check each of these off once you have confirmed they will be available on the date you chose. Add various local businesses to your checklist that might be willing to donate a prize for bidding.
