Use fabric that pulls color from the walls, curtains or chair coverings or use one that is neutral and blends with the surroundings. This is an easy project for anyone to accomplish with the only drawback being that you will be sewing by hand on a ladder. But because it is such a quick project, that part shouldn’t keep you from creating this beautiful chandelier sleeve. Measure the distance from the ceiling to the tip of your chandelier. This measurement should be the length of the chain or rod the chandelier is attached to. Double this measurement. This will be the length of your fabric. Cut a piece of the fabric for the chandelier sleeve 7 inches wide by the length you determined in Step 1.
