This recipe makes one champagne julep cocktail that is perfect for summer sipping. You can also serve a champagne julep in a chilled cocktail glass with about 1 tbsp. of crushed ice if you prefer. Fill a Collins or highball glass halfway with crushed ice. Add the sugar and fresh mint the cocktail and muddle lightly with a spoon for 10 to 15 seconds. Fill the glass to the top with champagne.
